The postcards we sent last semester finally came home with a reply — neat English, hand-drawn pictures, woven bracelets, and even Spanish candy. The English was hard, but we cracked it together.

The postcards our sixth graders mailed to Spain last semester finally received a reply! With great excitement, the children opened the long-awaited letters from CEIP Boqueres. Inside were neatly written English messages, elegant hand-drawn illustrations, beautifully woven friendship bracelets, and even some Spanish candies — one delightful surprise after another.

六年級的孩子上學期寄到西班牙的明信片,終於收到回音了!大家興奮地打開遠從 CEIP Boqueres 寄來的信。信裡有工整的英文、雅緻的手繪插圖、精巧的手工編織手環,還有西班牙糖果,驚喜接連不斷。

Cracking the Code Together 一起破解密碼

Faced with a long string of unfamiliar English, the students did not give up. Instead they discussed, helped one another, and worked together to figure out what the letters said.

面對一大串看不懂的英文,同學們並不氣餒,反而主動討論、彼此幫忙,一起破解信件的內容。

Through this cross-cultural exchange, the children felt the richness of a different culture — and discovered the joy of learning a language and the power of working as a team.

透過這段跨國交流,孩子們不只感受到文化的多樣,也在過程中發現了語言的樂趣與團隊合作的力量。
