Thirty Brave Seconds 勇敢的三十秒
Our fifth graders had their very first international exchange today — excited and a little nervous all at once. Through an online call, they connected with KidsStar School in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. One by one, every student stepped up to the camera and introduced themselves in English for about thirty seconds.
五年級的小朋友今天迎來第一次國際交流，既期待又有點緊張。我們透過線上連線，與印尼南蘇拉威西省的 KidsStar 學校交流。每位同學都要上台，面對鏡頭用英文進行約三十秒的自我介紹。
Short as it was, those thirty seconds took a lot of practice. The children rehearsed again and again to get their pronunciation and their lines just right, and their teachers praised how quickly they improved.
短短三十秒，背後是反覆的練習。孩子們一次又一次地練，把發音和內容做到最好，老師們也讚賞大家進步神速。
