Two Pieces of Good News 兩個好消息

On March 28, at the Taichung Food and Farming Festival awards, KangLang received wonderful news. Our school was named an Outstanding Food-and-Farming School, and Principal Wang Sheng-chung received the Food-and-Farming Champion Award. Two honours at once — truly meaningful.

3 月 28 日，槺榔國小參加台中市食農嘉年華頒獎典禮，傳來振奮人心的好消息——榮獲台中市「食農教育績優學校」，勝忠校長也榮獲「食農教育推手獎」。雙重肯定，意義非凡。

This is high recognition for the school's long-running signature curriculum, “tech-smart farming, sustainable campus,” and the best reward for the hard work of all our teachers and students. All along, we have kept weaving food-and-farming education into our lessons, joining it with technology, and guiding children to start from the soil — to know their food, respect nature, and practise sustainability.

這不僅是對學校長期深耕「科技食農、永續校園」校本特色課程的高度認同，更是對全體師生共同努力的最佳回饋。一路走來，我們堅持將食農教育融入課程，結合科技應用，引導孩子從土地出發，認識食材、尊重自然、實踐永續。

The Children Shone Too 孩子們也發光

At the event, KangLang's children shone as well, sharing the school's special curriculum with the public through hands-on activities and letting more people feel, first-hand, the value and beauty of food-and-farming education. Our thanks to every devoted teacher, every supportive parent, and above all to the children for their effort and growth.

活動現場，槺榔的孩子們也展現亮眼表現，透過互動體驗，將學校的特色課程分享給現場民眾，讓更多人親身感受到食農教育的價值與美好。感謝每一位用心付出的教師團隊、全力支持的家長夥伴，更感謝孩子們的投入與成長。
