Our fifth graders handwrote postcards for a gifted-and-talented school in İstanbul, and tucked in Taiwanese snacks and KangLang souvenirs — opening a window onto the wider world.

五年級的孩子親手寫下明信片,寄給伊斯坦堡一所資優學校,還附上台灣零食與槺榔的文創紀念品——為自己推開一扇通往世界的窗。

A Window and a Door 一扇窗,一道門

Our fifth graders handwrote self-introduction postcards to send to İstanbul Ticaret Odası BİLSEM in Türkiye. This is a special school for gifted and talented students, chosen through careful selection. By writing to them, our fifth graders not only opened a window onto the world — they also pushed open a door into a very different school system.

五年級的孩子親手書寫自我介紹的明信片,寄到土耳其 İstanbul Ticaret Odası BİLSEM。這是一所特殊教育學校,裡面的孩子都是經過測驗篩選的菁英。透過與他們交流,我們的五年級孩子不只打開了通往國際的窗,也推開了體驗不同教育體制的門。

A Taste of Taiwan in the Parcel 包裹裡的台灣味

Alongside the postcards full of Taiwanese flavor, our students packed some of their favorite Taiwanese snacks and a few creative souvenirs from KangLang, to share with their new friends in Türkiye.

除了充滿台灣味的明信片,我們的包裹裡還裝了孩子們喜歡的台灣點心,以及槺榔國小的文創紀念品,要和土耳其的新朋友分享。
