Yingge Elementary traces its history to 1907, during the Japanese colonial era, when it began as a branch of Sanjiaoyong Public School before being renamed Yingge National School in 1941. It holds the distinction of being the first public elementary school in Yingge District. Its 1938 auditorium was registered as a New Taipei City historic building in 2015, and the school today runs a percussion ensemble and choir, alongside a solar power generation system on campus.
鶯歌國小的歷史可追溯至日治時期明治40年（1907年），最初為三角湧公學校分校，昭和16年（1941年）更名為鶯歌國民學校。該校是鶯歌區第一所公立小學。校內建於1938年的禮堂於2015年登錄為新北市歷史建築，學校現今設有節奏樂隊與合唱團，校園並設有太陽能發電系統。
