Eighty years of community learning.
Wucuo Elementary was founded around 1945–1946, in the years surrounding Taiwan's retrocession, and has spent the decades since building close ties with its Jiulong Village community. In March 2025 the school held an "80th Anniversary School and Community Joint Sports Day," celebrating this long relationship. Academically, the school places particular emphasis on reading education, oral English proficiency, and dental health promotion.
吳厝國小創校於約民國34至35年間（1945至1946年），台灣光復前後，多年來與九隆里社區建立深厚情誼。民國114年（2025年）3月，學校舉辦「80週年校慶暨社區聯合運動會」，慶祝這份長久的緊密關係。在教學方面，學校特別著重閱讀教育、英語口說能力，以及牙齒保健推廣。
