Fulong Elementary became an independent school in 1956, growing out of a branch class that dated back to 1946. Located just steps from famous Fulong Beach, the school shares its neighborhood with the annual Ho-hai-yan Rock Festival and a well-known sand sculpture festival, both of which draw large crowds to the area each year.
