Fengnian Elementary School

Fengnian Elementary was approved in 1984 and opened for classes in 1985, splitting off from neighboring Min'an Elementary to ease overcrowding. It opened with 17 classes, 25 staff, and 886 students, initially borrowing office space from Guotai Elementary while its own campus was completed. Its founding lineage traces a direct thread through three generations of Xinzhuang schools — from the 1919 Xisheng branch school, through Min'an, to Fengnian itself.

豐年國小於民國73年（1984年）奉准設校，民國74年（1985年）開始上課，由鄰近的民安國小分設而出，以紓解就學壓力。創校之初設17班、25位教職員、886名學生，並曾借用國泰國小辦公空間，直到自有校舍完工。其創校脈絡直接串連新莊三代學校歷史——從1919年設立的西盛分教場，經民安國小，一路傳承至豐年國小本身。
