Chenggong Elementary School

Chenggong Elementary is Luzhou's third elementary school. Its land was zoned in 1984, and the school opened in 1988 with campus construction completed by 1992. Over the following years it was renamed twice, tracking Luzhou's administrative upgrades — first from rural township to county-administered city, and eventually to a district of New Taipei City. That naming history is a small but telling record of how quickly Luzhou's official status changed in just a few decades.

成功國小是蘆洲第三所國小。校地於民國73年（1984年）完成規劃，學校於民國77年（1988年）開始招生，校舍工程於民國81年（1992年）全部完工。之後數年間學校歷經兩度更名，正好對應蘆洲行政區劃的升格歷程——先由鄉升格為縣轄市，最終再改制為新北市的一個區。這段更名史，正是蘆洲短短數十年間行政地位快速變化的縮影。
