Wensheng Elementary was established in 1984 as Banqiao's eleventh elementary school, with its first cohort of students moving into the new campus in September 1986. Its name honors Confucius (至聖) and his disciples Yan Hui and Kong Ji, part of a Confucian naming tradition. Today it is a mid-sized urban school of about 1,400 students, with a wind-band ensemble and a table-tennis team.
文聖國小創立於民國73年(1984年),是板橋第11所國小,首屆學生於民國75年(1986年)9月遷入新校舍就讀。校名取自「至聖」孔子及其弟子顏回、孔伋,承襲儒家命名傳統。現為約1,400名學生的中型都會學校,設有管樂團與桌球隊。
