Neipu Elementary School

Neipu Elementary was established in 1908, during the Japanese colonial era, through the efforts of local resident Zhang Qingyun. The school relocated to its present site in 1936 and has now been in continuous operation for over a century, making it one of the oldest schools in Houli District. Its founding by local gentry reflects the district's early settlement pattern spanning the late Qing and Japanese colonial periods.

內埔國小創立於日治時期的1908年，由當地居民張慶雲出資籌辦。學校於民國25年（1936年）遷至現址，至今已持續辦學超過一世紀，是后里區歷史最悠久的學校之一。由地方仕紳出資創辦的背景，反映了本區橫跨清末與日治時期的早期開發脈絡。
