A small school with a big arts program.
Kunshan Elementary was established in 1990 to serve the remote Kunshan mountain hamlet in Xinshe District. Despite its small size and out-of-the-way location, the school has built a distinctive arts-focused curriculum spanning violin, recorder, taiko drumming, dance, roller-skating, woodball, ceramics, and painting — an unusually broad range of enrichment programs for a school its size.

⛰️ Serving a Remote Mountain Hamlet
服務偏遠山區聚落
Founded in 1990, the school serves the small, remote Kunshan hamlet, bringing enrichment programs unusual for its size to one of Xinshe's more isolated communities.
Enrichment in an isolated hamlet.
Kunshan Elementary's remarkably full arts program — violin, taiko, ceramics, and more — is a striking contrast to its remote mountain hamlet setting, bringing a wide world of enrichment to one of Xinshe's most out-of-the-way communities. See the Taichung county page for more on the region.
