Renmei Elementary School was established in 2004 and opened its doors the following year, built inside Beitun's 11th urban land-redevelopment zone. Its campus won the 2008 National Architecture Award as well as a public-art award, recognizing both the building's design and its integration of art into campus life. As a product of the 11th redevelopment zone, the school marks the district's 2000s transformation of former farmland into new housing and schools.
仁美國小創立於民國93年（2004年），隔年正式開學，校地位於北屯區第11期市地重劃區內。校園曾榮獲民國97年（2008年）全國建築獎與公共藝術獎，肯定校舍設計與校園藝術融合的成果。作為第11期重劃區的產物，這所學校見證了北屯區在2000年代由農地轉型為新興住宅與學校用地的發展歷程。
