A centennial school on the Dadu Plateau.
Longfeng Elementary School began as a branch school in 1920 under Japanese colonial rule, becoming independent in 1942 as "Longgang National School." Sitting atop Dadu Mountain, the school celebrated its centennial in 2021 and carries one of several "Long-" (dragon) names shared among schools across the Dadu Plateau, each reflecting the district's collective "Longjing" toponymic identity.
