Linkou Elementary School

Linkou Elementary was founded in 1915 during the Japanese colonial era, making it the oldest school in Linkou District. It began as the original village school of old Linkou, serving the area's farming community more than eight decades before Linkou New Town was ever conceived. Today, with over a century of history behind it, the school remains an anchor of the historic town center.

林口國小創立於大正4年（1915年），是林口區歷史最悠久的學校。學校最初是舊林口街的村落學校，早在林口新市鎮構想出現的八十多年前，就已服務當地農業聚落。如今校史逾百年，學校仍是舊市街核心地帶的重要地標。
