National Huwei Agricultural and Industrial Vocational High School

National Huwei Agricultural and Industrial Vocational High School was founded in 1928 as Tainan Prefecture Huwei Agricultural Supplementary School, making it one of the oldest vocational schools in the region. It became a national school in 2000, and today offers programs spanning mechanical, electrical, architecture, animal husbandry, food processing, and business fields. Founded originally as an agricultural school, its century-long history mirrors Huwei's transformation from an agriculture-and-sugar economy into a diversified industrial base.

國立虎尾高級農工職業學校創校於昭和3年（1928年），原名台南州虎尾農業補習學校，是全區歷史最悠久的職業學校之一。民國89年（2000年）改制為國立學校，現設有機械、電機、建築、畜牧、食品加工、商業等多元科別。學校最初以農業學校起家，其百年歷史正映照著虎尾從農業與糖業經濟轉型為多元工業基地的發展軌跡。
