Hsinhsing Elementary School

Hsinhsing Elementary was founded in 1962, based on records showing first principal Shi Shutang took office that September; he went on to serve for a full decade, until 1972. The school has had eleven principals to date, with the newest, Zhan Hongji, appointed in 2025. Its curriculum places particular emphasis on agricultural education and reading programs designed to build local cultural identity and pride, and the school actively coordinates with parents and the surrounding community to fund and enrich its teaching equipment and resources.

新興國小根據首任校長施樹堂於同年9月到任的紀錄，創校於民國51年（1962年），施校長其後連任十年，直至民國61年（1972年）卸任。學校至今共歷經十一任校長，最新一任詹泓基校長於民國114年（2025年）到任。學校課程特別著重食農教育與閱讀課程，藉此培養學生對在地文化的認同與榮譽感，並積極與家長及社區合作，籌措資源、充實教學設備。
