Fenyuan Junior High School

Fenyuan Junior High was established as a provisional junior middle school on August 1, 1961, and formally inaugurated that December under its first principal, Wang Yue. It took its current name in 1968 with the start of nine-year compulsory education in Taiwan. As the only public junior high school within Fenyuan Township, it sits adjacent to Fenyuan Elementary School and has produced notable alumni, including a former Changhua County Council speaker and a Legislative Yuan representative.

芬園國中創立於民國50年（1961年）8月1日，初名「芬園初級中學」，同年12月14日正式舉行創校典禮，首任校長為王岳。民國57年（1968年）九年國民義務教育實施後，定名為現今校名。作為芬園鄉唯一的公立國中，校址緊鄰芬園國小，知名校友包括前彰化縣議會議長與立法委員。
