Fenggu Elementary was established in 1956 to serve the small mountain community beneath Jiujiu Peak, one of Wufeng's most striking natural landmarks. With only six classes, it remains one of the smallest and most remote elementary schools in the district, offering an intimate, close-knit education to the children of the surrounding hillside villages.
