Feisha Junior High originated in 1968 as a branch of Sihu Junior High, before gaining independent status in 1972. The school is located in Feisha Village, one of Sihu Township's coastal communities, giving students on that side of the township a junior high closer to home rather than a long trip inland.
飛沙國中最初於民國57年(1968年)作為四湖國中的分部設立,於民國61年(1972年)獨立設校。學校位於四湖鄉沿海的飛沙村,讓沿海一帶的學生不必長途跋涉至內陸就讀國中。
