Ershui Junior High School

Ershui Junior High was prepared in 1960 and formally established as Changhua County Ershui Junior High School in December 1961. It opened with roughly 200 students in four temporary classrooms borrowed from Yuanquan Elementary School before moving to its own new campus the following year. In 1968, as Taiwan extended compulsory education to nine years, the school took on its current form as a junior high. Today, with over 60 years of history and roughly 58 graduating classes, it continues to serve the students of Ershui Township, distinct from the separate Ershui Elementary School in the same township.

二水國中於民國49年（1960年）籌辦，並於民國50年（1961年）12月正式成立為彰化縣二水國民中學。創校之初借用源泉國小的四間臨時教室上課，約有200名學生，隔年遷入自建的新校舍。民國57年（1968年）隨台灣推行九年國民義務教育，正式轉型為國民中學。學校至今已有超過一甲子的歷史、約58屆畢業生，持續服務彰化縣二水鄉的學子——與同鄉的二水國小是各自獨立的學校。
