Erqiao Elementary began as a branch school in 1956 and gained its independent name in 1960. The school recently celebrated its 70th anniversary, and today runs a signature “小陶師” (Little Potter) ceramics-arts curriculum that teaches students the pottery techniques central to Yingge's identity as a craft town.
二橋國小於民國45年（1956年）以分校形式設立，49年（1960年）獨立設校並定名。學校近期歡慶建校70週年，並開設「小陶師」特色課程，教導學生鶯歌製陶工藝的基本技法，將這座工藝小鎮的文化底蘊帶入國小教育現場。
