From branch school to independent campus.
Dinghu Elementary was established in 1961 as a branch of Kouhu Elementary School before later becoming fully independent. Set in Dinghu Village on the coast, the school has built a distinctive identity around kite-flying — a program called "箏上晴空" ("kites in a clear sky") — alongside mother-tongue education and English-speaking initiatives that give students confidence beyond the classroom.
