Dapi Elementary School dates to 1913, making it one of the oldest schools in Dapi Township and marking over a century of history. As the township's founding elementary school, it has grown up alongside Dapi's identity as Taiwan's foremost suan cai (pickled mustard greens) production center. Today the school also offers an English conversation enrichment program for its students.
大埤國小創校於大正2年（1913年），是大埤鄉歷史最悠久的學校之一，創校已逾百年。作為鄉內最早設立的國小，學校的發展與大埤身為台灣首屈一指的酸菜產地緊密相連。如今學校也為學生開設英語會話才藝課程。
