Tamsui Vocational Senior High School was established in 1985 as the Taiwan Provincial Tamsui Vocational Senior High School, offering technical and commercial tracks for students across the region. It became a national school in 2000 and was transferred to New Taipei City's administration in 2013, reflecting the broader reorganization of Taiwan's vocational education system over the past four decades.
