Taichung Municipal Dajia Senior High School

Dajia Senior High School began in 1940 as the Dajia Home Economics Girls' School, training young women in domestic skills under Japanese rule. After Taiwan's retrocession, it was reorganized and renamed in 1946 — a date the school still observes as its founding-day anniversary — before becoming a complete junior-and-senior high school in 1948. Today it operates as a comprehensive high school offering academic, arts and design, and sports-class tracks.

大甲高級中等學校創立於1940年，前身為大甲家政女學校，於日治時期教授女子家事技能。臺灣光復後，學校於1946年改組更名——這個日期至今仍被學校視為校慶紀念日——並於1948年升格為完全中學。如今學校為綜合高中，設有普通科、美術設計科及體育班等課程。
