Changping Elementary School

Changping Elementary began preparations in 1995 and formally opened, enrolling its first students, in 1999. The school was built to serve the rapid growth of eastern Xinzhuang's residential "sub-center" (副都心) development, an area transformed from farmland into dense high-rise neighborhoods over the following decades. Today it is one of the district's largest schools, with around 2,117 students, 79 classes, and 141 teachers.

昌平國小自民國84年（1995年）開始籌備，於民國88年（1999年）正式設校並開始招生，因應新莊東側「副都心」住宅開發區的快速成長而興建——這一帶在往後數十年間從農地轉變為高樓林立的新興住宅區。目前學校規模為新莊區最大之一，約有2,117名學生、79個班級與141位教師。
