Changan Junior High School

Changan Junior High was established on August 1, 1968, at a time when Changhua City had only a single county junior high school and badly needed more classroom space. Its first class enrolled 470 students across nine sections, initially borrowing facilities before the school moved onto its own permanent campus. Today it has grown into a comprehensive school of roughly 35 classes and about 838 students, offering specialized tracks in dance, visual arts, and athletics alongside its regular academic program.

彰安國中創立於民國57年（1968年）8月1日，當時彰化市僅有一所縣立國中，急需增設學校紓解就學壓力。首屆招收九個班、470名學生，初期借用他校場地上課，後遷入現址。如今學校已發展為約35班、838名學生的完全中學，除一般學科教育外，並設有舞蹈班、美術班與體育班等特色課程。
