Beichen Elementary School

Beichen Elementary traces its roots to the Tainan Prefecture Beigang Girls' Public School, established on April 1, 1927, under Japanese colonial rule. Nearly a century later, the school serves roughly 1,075 students and 75 teachers, making it one of the largest elementary schools in Beigang. Its campus includes a historic dormitory complex on Minzheng Road, officially listed as a registered historic building, giving the school a tangible link to its early-20th-century origins.

北辰國小的前身可追溯至日治時期昭和2年（1927年）4月1日設立的「台南州立北港女子公學校」。近百年後的今天，學校擁有約1,075名學生與75位教師，是北港鎮規模最大的小學之一。校內位於民政路上的歷史宿舍群已登錄為歷史建築，讓學校與其二十世紀初的創校歷史有著實質的連結。
