Baozhong Junior High School

Baozhong Junior High is the sole junior high school serving Baozhong Township, drawing students from all nine of its villages. Sources vary on the exact founding date, placing it sometime between 1965 and 1972. Serving a largely agricultural community, the school has also taken on a supportive social role: in 2017, about 52% of its students came from disadvantaged families, reflecting both the challenges and the resilience of this rural farming township.
