Huang Pao-sheng 黃保勝 校長

Appointed August 2023 (民國 112 年 8 月). A graduate of the National Taichung University of Education (M.Ed., National Education), Taipei Municipal University of Education, and the National Chiayi Normal College. He taught at Xuguang and Heping Elementary, served as section chief and director, and worked at Taichung’s Teacher In-Service Centre and the Information & Network Education Centre — a principal with a deep background in technology, STEAM, and bilingual education.

黃校長畢業於臺中教育大學國民教育研究所、臺北市立師範學院初等教育系、省立嘉義師範專科學校;曾任教烏日旭光國小、南區和平國小,歷任組長、主任,並曾服務於臺中市教師研習中心與資訊教育暨網路中心。是一位深耕科技、STEAM 與雙語教育的校長。

Principal Huang describes the work of a teacher in one image: a lamplighter. Every child deserves a bright future of their own, and the job of an educator is to light the flame of learning and let it shine on the road ahead. He believes the keys are professionalism and passion — using expertise to awaken each child’s many intelligences, and warmth to lift their confidence, so that no child is left behind.

黃校長用一個畫面形容老師的工作:提燈者。每個孩子都值得擁有屬於自己光明燦爛的未來,教育人的任務,就是點燃學習的熱情,照亮孩子前方的路。他相信關鍵在於專業與熱情——以專業啟發孩子的多元智慧,用熱情提升孩子的自信,帶好每一個孩子,一個都不放掉。
