A hundred-year village school — where a single rope pulls a whole town together. 一所百年的村落小學——一條繩子，把整個社區的心拉在一起。
We began in 1922 as a single branch classroom of the old Anli Public School, out on the Xiazhou flats of Shengang. Twelve years later we became a school of our own — FengChou — and we have taught the children of this farming district ever since: through the Japanese era, through the founding of a republic, through a hundred years of harvests.
Today FengChou is a century-old village school that still believes a small school can do big things — from a national-champion tug-of-war team to an immersive-English programme with its own foreign teacher. We are healthy, we pull together, and we keep reaching forward.
我們在 民國 11 年（1922） 創校，最初只是「岸裡公學校下溪洲分教場」的一間教室，座落在神岡的溪洲平原上。十二年後我們獨立設校，成為「豐洲」——從此教著這個農業聚落的孩子：走過日治、走過共和國的誕生、走過一百年的收成。
今天的豐洲，是一所仍然相信「小學校也能做大事」的百年老校——從全國冠軍的拔河隊，到擁有專屬外師的沉浸式英語課程。我們健康、我們合群、我們不斷向前。
A strong body comes first. FengChou children move — on the track, on the tug-of-war mat, and at the table-tennis table. For more than ten years, tug of war and war drums have been the heartbeat of this school.
先有健康的身體。豐洲的孩子動起來——在跑道上、在拔河墊上、在桌球桌前。十多年來，拔河與戰鼓一直是這所學校的心跳。
No one wins a tug of war alone. Our signature sport teaches what FengChou values most: pull together, in the same direction, at the same moment. It is a lesson that leaves the mat and follows children into every classroom.
沒有人能獨自贏得一場拔河。我們的招牌運動，教的正是豐洲最看重的事：朝同一個方向、在同一個時刻、一起用力。這堂課會走下拔河墊，跟著孩子走進每一間教室。
A village school can still reach the world. FengChou is an immersive-English special school with its own foreign teacher, weaving English into art, daily life, and announcements — so our children grow up reaching forward, in two languages.
村落小學，也能向世界伸手。豐洲是擁有專屬外師的沉浸式英語特色學校，把英語織進藝術課、校園日常與廣播裡——讓孩子用兩種語言，一起向前。
Tug of war is who we are. FengChou’s teams have carried this small village school’s name to the top of Taichung — and all the way to a national title. “One rope, soul and all” is more than a slogan here; it is how we teach children to win, and to lose, together.
拔河就是我們。豐洲的隊伍把這所小村校的名字，拉上了台中之巔——也一路拉到了全國冠軍。「一繩入魂」在這裡不只是口號，而是我們教孩子如何一起贏、一起輸的方式。

A teacher is a lamplighter — we light the flame of learning, and let it shine on a child’s future.
Our tug-of-war team trains hard and wins big — city titles and national titles alike. It is the proudest sound on our campus: a whole team breathing, and pulling, as one.
我們的拔河隊苦練、也大贏——市冠軍、全國冠軍一個接一個。那是校園裡最驕傲的聲音：整支隊伍像一個人一樣，一起呼吸、一起用力。
In food-and-farming class our youngest children grow, pick, and cook — turning their own scallions into a hot omelette. Learning, at FengChou, is something you can taste.
在食農教育課裡，最小的孩子親手種、親手摘、親手煮——把自己種的蔥，變成一盤熱騰騰的蔥蛋。在豐洲，學習是嚐得到味道的。
On Children’s Day the whole school turns into a playground of games, talent shows, and a student flea market — laughter in every corner of the campus.
兒童節這天，整座校園變成遊戲場——闖關遊戲、才藝表演、學生跳蚤市場，每個角落都是笑聲。
At the heart of our library stands a tree-shaped reading nook. Around it, big people come in to tell stories, and children grow a reading habit that lasts a lifetime.
我們圖書室的中央，立著一棵「樹」形的閱讀角。在它周圍，大人物進來說故事，孩子養成一生受用的閱讀習慣。
