A century of teaching, and a rebuild for the next one.
Zhongying Elementary was founded in April 1920 (民國9年), and has served over a century of schooling in the same farmland that today supplies Xiaying's goose-meat restaurants and black-bean and pomelo growers. The school has been certified as a "Green School Partner" with low-carbon campus recognition for two consecutive academic years (113 and 114), and its website holds "AA" accessibility certification. Its north administrative/classroom building is currently being rebuilt for earthquake resistance, funded at roughly NT$61.2 million, with completion targeted for October 2025. School meals use only domestically sourced pork and beef.
