Zhengbin Junior High School

Zhengbin Junior High was founded in 1968, initially using 12 classrooms borrowed from what was then the Provincial Taiwan Ocean College. Its first principal was Yang Yinshan. In 1979, the school established a fisheries experimental class directly tied to the local fishing industry, and in 1997 it was designated a model school for English-language teaching and started special athletics classes. The school sits in the historic Zhengbin fishing harbor district, one of Keelung's most iconic fishing-port neighborhoods, now also known for its colorful harbor houses.

正濱國中創立於民國57年（1968年），初期借用當時的省立臺灣海洋學院12間教室上課，首任校長為楊蔭山。民國68年（1979年）成立水產實驗班，與在地漁業緊密結合；民國86年（1997年）獲指定為英語教學示範學校，並開設體育特別班。學校座落於歷史悠久的正濱漁港聚落，是基隆最具代表性的漁港社區之一，如今也以色彩繽紛的「正濱漁港彩色屋」聞名。
