Qiaole Elementary was founded around 1963–1964 in the Jinshui area of Zaoqiao Township, a district of rolling hills known for fruit and tea cultivation. The school recently celebrated its 62nd anniversary with a school sports day and the unveiling of a new running track, marking six decades of continuous service to the surrounding hill-farming community. Qiaole also serves as a partner school for an elementary-level English proficiency testing program, giving its students structured opportunities to build English skills.
僑樂國小創校於1963至1964年間（民國52至53年），位於造橋鄉錦水地區，一帶丘陵起伏，盛產水果與茶葉。學校日前舉辦創校62週年校慶運動會，並啟用新建跑道，見證六十餘年來持續服務周邊丘陵農業社區的歷程。僑樂國小同時也是一項國小英語能力檢測計畫的合作學校，為學生提供有系統的英語學習機會。
