Zaixing Elementary was established on May 1, 1954, as an independent Pingtung County Ligang Township school, opening with seven initial classes under its first principal, Xu Jiang-long. Three single-story tile-roof classroom buildings were built at founding, and the campus expanded rapidly to 13 buildings by 1967. Located in Zaixing Village, the school's motto — "Discover yourself, appreciate yourself, showcase yourself" (發現自己、欣賞自己、展現自己) — reflects a student-centered educational philosophy that has guided the school for over 70 years.
載興國小創立於民國43年（1954年）5月1日，正式獨立設校，首任校長為許江龍先生，開校時共有7個班級。創校初期興建三棟單層瓦頂教室，至民國56年（1967年）已擴建至13棟校舍。學校位於載興村，校訓「發現自己、欣賞自己、展現自己」體現了以學生為本的教育理念，指引學校走過超過70年的歷史。
