Yuwen Elementary School

Yuwen Elementary School opened in 2008, with preparatory work beginning in 2006 and the school's name formally chosen on July 19, 2007 by then-mayor Hsu Tain-tsair. It was established specifically to relieve overcrowding at the adjacent Fuxing Elementary School. Its name drew on the fact that most streets in the surrounding Huweiliao redevelopment zone begin with the character "裕" (yù, meaning abundance or prosperity), which had already become an informal local identifier for the neighborhood before the school took the name. As of the 2020 academic year, enrollment stood at approximately 1,037 students with 86 staff.

裕文國小於2008年（民國97年）開學，籌備工作始於2006年（民國95年），校名則於2007年（民國96年）7月19日由時任市長許添財正式核定。設校目的是為紓解鄰近復興國小的就學壓力。校名取自「裕」字——虎尾寮重劃區內多數街道皆以「裕」字為首命名，早已成為當地非正式的地區代稱，學校於是沿用此一命名慣例。截至2020學年度，全校學生約1,037人、教職員86人。
