Yongxin Elementary School

Yongxin Elementary was established and began enrollment on August 1, 2000, built specifically to serve the rapidly growing Fuhua-li (復華里) new-development neighborhood and relieve overcrowding at nearby elementary schools, part of the same government policy push to shrink class sizes. Site preparation began in 1999 under a founding-committee director on loan from Rende Elementary School, with first-phase construction contracted in December 1999 and a groundbreaking held in January 1999, per school records. Today the school participates in FIRST Robotics-style robotics competitions and offers a 1:1 tablet program ("生生用平板").

永信國小於2000年8月1日設校並開始招生，設校目的在於服務快速發展的復華里新興社區，並紓解鄰近國小的擁擠問題，屬政府降低班級人數政策的一環。校地整備工作始於1999年，由借調自仁德國小的籌備處主任負責，第一期工程於1999年12月發包，並依校方紀錄於1999年1月動土。學校現參與FIRST機器人競賽式活動，並推動「生生用平板」1:1平板教學計畫。
