From branch school to solar-powered campus.
Yiren Elementary was originally established in June 1948 as a branch school of Lumen Elementary School, becoming independent in June 1951 and taking its current name in 1968. Designated a remote-area school, Yiren today runs service-learning initiatives and arts-enrichment programs, has installed a solar energy monitoring system on campus, and offers community guided tours with English-language options alongside campus plant education.
義仁國小前身為民國37年（1948年）6月28日設立的「義仁分校」（鹿滿國小分校），於民國40年（1951年）6月14日獨立設校，民國57年（1968年）更為現名。學校被列為「偏遠地區」學校，推動服務學習與藝術深耕課程，並在校園設置太陽能發電監測系統，同時提供含英語導覽選項的社區導覽及校園植物教育。
