Yilan Junior High School

Yilan Junior High School was established in August 1956 as a branch of Toucheng Middle School's Yilan campus, becoming an independent junior high in May 1963 and taking its current name in 1968. The school sits along the scenic Yilan River in the historic North Gate (北門) neighborhood, within walking distance of Yilan Train Station, the Confucius Temple, and the popular Jimmy Museum. In 1997 it established an Art-Gifted class that still selects about 25 students each year, and in 2017 it opened Yilan County's first vocational exploration center, "職探夢工廠." As of 2023 the school had 15 classes and 392 students.

宜蘭國中創立於民國45年（1956年）8月，前身為「宜蘭縣立頭城中學宜蘭分校」，民國52年（1963年）5月獨立設校，民國57年（1968年）更為現名。學校座落於風光明媚的宜蘭河畔、歷史悠久的北門社區，步行即可抵達宜蘭火車站、宜蘭孔廟及知名的幾米公園。1997年成立美術藝才班，每年甄選約25名學生；2017年開設宜蘭縣第一個職業探索中心「職探夢工廠」。截至2023年6月，全校共15班、392名學生。
