National Xinying Industrial Vocational Senior High School

National Xinying Industrial Vocational Senior High was founded March 1, 1939, as 'Xinying Home Economics Girls' School,' with a single first-year class, moving to its present site behind the Xinying Wanggong Temple in 1943. The school was renamed multiple times through the 20th century — Xinying Agricultural Practice Girls' School (1944), a county-run junior vocational girls' school after the war, a provincial home-economics/business vocational school (1968–70), then a provincial Home Economics & Commerce Senior Vocational School (1970, after adding a commerce track) — before becoming National Xinying Industrial Vocational Senior High School in 2000. It earned 'Excellent' ratings in both its 2011 school-wide evaluation and its 2019 special-education evaluation.

國立新營高級工業職業學校創立於昭和14年（1939年）3月1日，初名新營家政女學校，僅招收一年級一班，民國32年（1943年）遷至現址，鄰近新營王公廟。學校在20世紀歷經多次更名：新營農業實踐女學校（1944年）、戰後改為縣立初級家事職業學校、民國57至59年（1968–70年）改為省立家事商業職業學校、民國59年（1970年）增設商科後改為省立家事商業高級職業學校，直到民國89年（2000年）改制為國立新營高級工業職業學校。學校於2011年校務評鑑與2019年特教評鑑皆獲「優等」評價。
