Xinhai Elementary School

Xinhai Elementary School was founded in 1992, serving several Wenshan District neighborhoods including Xingguang, Xingtai, Xingchang, and part of Wanmei, along Xinhai Road, one of the roads that climbs toward Wenshan's hillside neighborhoods on the way to the Zhinan Temple/Maokong area.

The school is designated a bilingual education school, with a vision built around three Chinese characters: 愛 (love), 學習 (learning), and 傳承 (legacy). Its school emblem was designed through a student competition held at its 10th-anniversary celebration, won by a graduating student and later refined by a school art teacher.

辛亥國小創立於1992年（民國81年），服務文山區興光、興泰、興昌及部分萬美里等社區，校址位於辛亥路，這條路正通往文山區山區社區，並可通往指南宮與貓空方向。

學校為雙語教育學校，以「愛」、「學習」、「傳承」三字為核心願景。校徽於十週年校慶時透過學生設計競賽產生，由一位畢業生獲選設計，後由校內美術教師修飾定稿。
