Xinglong Elementary opened in 2011 in Zhubei City and has since built one of the area's most decorated music programs. Its recorder band won first place at the Vienna International Youth Music Festival in 2023, and the school operates multiple award-winning ensembles — recorder band, string orchestra, and choir — alongside an active culture of science exhibitions, robotics, and Scratch programming competitions. Students also compete in badminton, tee-ball, soccer, table tennis, and track and field.
