Xingde Elementary School

Xingde Elementary School was established in 1954 as a branch of Jingmei Elementary School, known as "Xingde Branch" (興德分校), and became independent as "Xingde National School" in 1962. It is the oldest school in Wenshan's historic "Shiwufen Village" (十五分庄) area.

Xingde is one of Taipei's smallest elementary schools by both campus size — about 3,500 square meters, with no full field, only a roughly 1,000-square-meter court — and enrollment, at about 270 students as of 2019, down from a peak of about 36 classes. A nearby sister school, Xinglong Elementary, was created in 1975 specifically to relieve its overcrowding.

興德國小於1954年（民國43年）創立為景美國小分校，稱「興德分校」，1962年（民國51年）獨立設校。是文山區歷史悠久的「十五分庄」地區最早設立的學校。

興德國小是全臺北市規模最小的國小之一，校地僅約3,500平方公尺，沒有完整操場，僅有約1,000平方公尺的球場；學生人數截至2019年約270人，較高峰期36班已大幅減少。鄰近的興隆國小即於1975年為紓解興德國小過度擁擠而創立。
