Xianghe Elementary School

Xianghe Elementary began around 1999 as a kindergarten-level annex affiliated with Suannan Elementary School, opening with 2 classes and 3 teachers. It grew to 3 classes in 2000 and 4 classes in 2001, relocating to its current site in March 2001. It is one of Puzi's newest schools, established to serve a growing residential area on the city's edge. The school's motto, '國際寰宇展視野，人文科技SHOW時代' ('Expand global vision through international horizons, showcase the era through humanities and technology'), guides its emphasis on environmental and ocean education programs alongside digital learning, character and moral education initiatives, and an attached kindergarten.

祥和國小約於民國88年（1999年）以蒜南國小附設幼兒園型態起步，開辦時僅2班、3位教師，民國89年（2000年）增至3班，民國90年（2001年）增至4班，並於同年3月遷至現址。作為朴子市最年輕的學校之一，其設立呼應了市郊住宅區的成長需求。校訓「國際寰宇展視野，人文科技SHOW時代」引領學校重視環境與海洋教育、數位學習，以及品格與品德教育，並附設幼兒園。
