Wufeng University of Science and Technology traces back to Wufeng Junior College of Business, established in September 1963 and approved for enrollment in October 1965. In August 2010, it was upgraded and renamed Wufeng University of Science and Technology. The school sits on a roughly 32.8-acre campus in Minsyong Township and today enrolls around 2,258 day-division students with 119 full-time faculty, organized across colleges spanning safety engineering, digital management, tourism and hospitality, and medical and health sciences.
吳鳳科技大學前身為吳鳳商業專科學校，創立於民國52年（1963年）9月，54年（1965年）10月奉准招生。民國99年（2010年）8月改制升格為吳鳳科技大學。校地約32.8英畝，座落於民雄鄉，目前日間部學生約2,258人，專任教師119人，設有安全工程、數位管理、觀光休閒、醫學健康等相關學院。
