A century of schooling in the Baifu community.
Wudu Elementary School was founded in April 1921 during the period of Japanese rule and was upgraded to full public school status in 1923. It was renamed several times through 1941 and again after Taiwan's 1945 retrocession, before finally becoming "Wudu Elementary School" under Keelung City's administration in 1968. In recent years, the school has held centennial celebration events marking over 100 years of continuous history serving the historic Baifu community.
