Zhubei's newest school, still under construction.
Wenxing Elementary opened for first-grade enrollment in the 2025 academic year, making it the newest of Zhubei's elementary schools. It is part of a roughly NT$1.48 billion campus project in the city's High Speed Rail district, built to relieve severe shortages of school seats in the area. The school opened with 8 first-grade classes, and its full campus of 48 classrooms is targeted for completion around mid-2026. It is designed as part of a future integrated K-12 "Wenxing Smart Learning Park."
