Wenxin Elementary was founded in 2004 and marked its 20th anniversary around 2024. The school runs a certified 'ecological school' (生態學校) program recognized by Taiwan's environmental education network, and maintains an on-campus track-and-field ground used for community sports events. Before Chang Gung Elementary's own campus was completed in 2005, Wenxin temporarily housed Chang Gung's first students, reflecting the close ties between Guishan's newer schools during a period of rapid school-building.
文欣國小創校於2004年，並於2024年前後舉辦建校20週年活動。學校推動經環境教育體系認證的「生態學校」課程，並設有供社區運動賽事使用的田徑場。在長庚國小自有校舍於2005年完工前，文欣國小曾暫時收留長庚國小首屆師生，展現龜山區新設學校在快速建校時期彼此扶持的關係。
