Yixing Elementary School

Yixing Elementary began in July 1997 as a branch campus of Xinshi Elementary School on Yixing Street, becoming an independent school in 1999. Its first independent principal, Zhang Rong-yuan, was appointed that year, and campus construction was completed in three phases by 2003. In January 2019, the school was officially designated a Taoyuan City "Bilingual Innovative School" (雙語創新學校), becoming one of the city's earliest demonstration sites for bilingual education under then-mayor Cheng Wen-tsan's citywide bilingual push launched in 2018. It is now branded in materials as "Yi-Xing Bilingual & Innovative School," combining smart-classroom technology with English-immersion teaching.

義興國小前身為新勢國小義興街分校，1997年7月開始招生，1999年正式獨立設校。首任獨立校長張榮源先生於同年到任，校舍工程分三期於2003年全部完工。2019年1月，本校獲桃園市政府正式指定為「雙語創新學校」，成為時任市長鄭文燦於2018年推動全市雙語政策下最早的示範學校之一。目前對外品牌形象為「義興雙語創新學校」，結合智慧教室科技與全英語沉浸式教學。
